Yeah all he changed was the kyosho mp9e tires and wing mount.

I have upgraded my kyosho mp9e to the Kyosho Aluminum Rear Hub Set. The rear hubs attach to the outer position of the rear lower suspension arms, and hold the bearings that support the rear axles. They feature 4 upper camber link positions (two upper and two lower), as well as upper and lower hinge pin positions allowing changes to be made to the rear roll center.

I have seen some driver running, what it looks like the  M2C chassis one the mp9e.

Yeah, it is the same chassis used on the gas and electric car.
