@ pwrpony What do you think about the strength of a CF chassis. A local guy has a CF chassis on his 8-ight-T 2.0 and it split right behind where the motor is.

I think it is fine, Losi 8 is 1/8th and is much harder on things

Have you seen any drivers race the carbon fiber chasis? Some carbon fiber chassis from other brands seem to crack.

That car seems very durable, he was also the only one jumping the quad.

Nice!! If I buy the V3.5 I'll upgrade the chassis to a carbon fiber chassis.

Do you think the carbon fiber chassis makes a difference from the stock chassis?

I'm not sure as I have never ran the CF chassis..
Caster takes 4th and 7th in the A main with the S10B at the 2014 Showdown race at Traction Hobbies in Reno, NV. Team driver Rocha tied for 3rd but when it went to the tie breaker he finished 4th. Both our cars ran great all weekend. 4 heats and triple A mains.

I came across this today looking around on the internet and looks like Rocha laid down fast lap of the night in the A main and took 2nd place with his Caster buggy... Nice job Rocha..

Anyone running the AE big bore pistons on the V3.5 shocks?

I went to the Modesto RC Raceway this weekend for there 2014 Motown race. The caster buggy was amazing all weekend and got me a 5th place Qual in the A main but 2nd through 5th where really close. I was pushing the car hard and was battling for 2nd spot and half way through the race I heard a load snap on the straight and lost power. Come to find out I snapped my 1st center slipper shaft:cry: I have had this shaft in the car for probably over 6 months with no issues. I just wish it would have happened in practice or the quals but it didn't and it is what it is....Until that happened the cars was GREAT...I would like to give Marcus a nice job on his 4th place finish with his caster.

I'm the buggy staring in 4th place. Within the 1st lap i'm in 3rd. Then I got to 4th and around the 3 minute mark back to 3rd with 2nd right in front of me..I broke at the 4:30 mark
