I would say yes. You lose the two chassis braces when you go to the lcg, at least I did. Now if the chassis can withstand jumps and beatings, I don't know. I try not to torture my stuff. I wold say good improvement for the money as long as you don't drive the frontend into the ground on every jump. If you tend to do that, I doubt if much of anything will hold up.

Oh it has 4 corner cvd's, rpm front and rear. Next I will probably do a arms and carriers. I wouldn't mind doing an lcg on this one, but I won't pay $80 to do it lol.
