What's the best way to clean an RC pipe?

I usually use wd 40 and scrub the pipe until the dirt has been removed.

What I have heard is that putting the pipe in a crock pot with anti freeze, is the best way to clean a pipe. What I have heard is that you want to set the crock pot to low and leave the pipes in overnight or at least 12 hrs then remove them and rinse or wipe them off.

I have done this before with my pipes, and they look like new. Some people might think that it can damage or make the pipe weak if you boil the pipes in anti freeze, i have had no problems so far.

I tried this with my friends' werks pipe and it looked like new. You guys should have seen the way it looked before.
