Short Course Late Model

I know this isn't on-road, but it definitely isn't off-road, and there is no Oval section. I just started running these on a carpet oval and have only raced twice, so I could definitely use some help. How about you guys and gals that may be running these machines post up some setups, tips or tricks.

Mine is a Losi XXX-SCT with a Tekin RS Pro and redline 6.5.

Thanks, the car as pictured hadn't even been on a track yet. The chassis that I am using was new whenever the XXX SCT came out, not sure when that was. I used it for a few years as my 2WD SC Truck.

Yes, it was the one before the current 22 SCT.

They run that class here in florida at River Rat RC on clay oval. Class is getting big and you can use the same truck that you use for off road too with a few small easy mods

We don't run any right now, but was thinking of getting in to this SCLM class. I just help out at the track and with there wwebsite. But my son drives about 5 different off road classes

I don't have any right now, I will take a few on Monday. I keep all my stuff at my shop and took the weekend off from racing for Easter.

Yes, It is called Short Course Late Model. There are mod and stock classes. The track I run at runs a mod class, It must be a SC truck chassis, only 2s lipo, and must run SC tires, anything else goes. My truck has the battery mounted all the way over to the left, all the electronics are mounted as far to the left as possible. I have 4 different springs and shock oils. I will snap some pictures of the chassis when I get a chance.

It is just my son. I just fix them..
