What are the improvements of the white edition over the yellow edition.
I have the OG THE Car and I've been following the development of the new editions. Apparently, the first edition was quick but always a handful to drive,very aggressive and lacked on-power traction. The Yellow Edition and the 2013 upgrade made it less reactive but JQ saw the real problem were the short arms, enter the White Edition with bigger bore shocks, longer arms and a front C- Hub suspension. I've never seen personally one but it is said it's comparable to a MP9 handling wise.
I have had a WE since preproduction, I am part of The100. I can tell you that it handles better, is more consistent and the durability is insane, with a few key areas. The new shocks are great with the added volume, also the new suspension block system is also outstanding. There is not another 1/8 buggy out there with more adjustability that I know of. There are many differences between the WE and the YE, however some things are still shared.. the diff cases, the chassis, the 2013 radio tray, fuel tank, chassis braces and 2013 ackeman setup, center drive shafts, diffs, and a few bits here and there, but the suspension is completely different to include even the sway bars. I will check in on this forum and feel free to ask any questions regarding the WE. or the eCar as I have both; however, my eCar it converted to WE.

If you can find a cheap ecar.. Ive seen as low as $360, then its abour another $450-550 for the parts to convert. Right now it would be cheaper to buy a used WE nitro to convert then to buy all the parts individually.

I see you have a Tekno truggy, are you coming from Tekno to JQ? If so how does a Tekno buggy compare to the JQ buggy.
I have a Tekno truggy to replace the Mugen I had previously. I also have not driven their buggies yet to give a comparison. JQ doesn't have a truggy, nor does he plan on making one so had to go with something, and as Tekno is sort of local to me I chose them. Also I have met the team manager a few times and seems like a great guy so went with Tekno. As far as a comparision... the Teknos are built like tanks, I have not weighed it yet, as I am still in the build process, but from what I have read it should still be light. I have no intention of leaving the JQ buggy line, I really like the JQs and the Team.

In terms of? They drive and handle different just because of the truggy and buggy thing. I'd have to drive a tekno buggy to compare. As far as construction, they are of the same quality.
