I'm looking at getting a truggy, I'm interested in the Tekno Truggy, Kyosho Truggy, and Team Associated Truggy. What makes the Tekno Truggy greater than the other truggies?

I think you can't go wrong with either of those truggies. The best thing would be to ask anyone at the track who has those cars if you can borrow it. After running all three then you make your decision.
Haha your allowed to have an opinion. Just don't answer with "they suck" I've never messed with truggies this is my first go.
But say we were comparing the mp9e and the eb48. An appropriate response would be the mp9e is super stable, probably to stable. That trait limits the cars ability to change directions as fast as a eb48.
You have experience with truggies we welcome the feedback we just don't want bashing of other brands.

ok....AE truggy handles pretty well but the wrenchwork is not worth it. They slop up too fast. Mugen can be setup to steer pretty well but overall i think that the Tekno is ten times the truggy. The light weight of the truggy allows you to run a buggy motor in it and a lighter pack. The motors still stay cool as well. I run a buggy motor in mine and I have no trouble at all running down the truggy motor guys. When you are taking it through the corners you will notice that the others are powersliding around. That is just a waste of power. Not efficient at all. The tekno is smooth and efficient. The serpent isnt too bad but it is the same thing...too fat, too heavy. So to compensate they run the biggest motor they can strap in. They just aren't getting the power to the ground. I am definitely not a great driver but I was told once that the Tekno makes @%$% drivers look good. So i'll take that ..Here is my ladies!!!! Don't hate on me for the springs...I cant seem to get them right anyway so im probably gonna remove them
Here we will discuss setup advise and updates on the Tekno ET48. I noticed we have a few Tekno Team Drivers on this forum. This will help everyone out!
Overall the et48 shoukd be fine for you that way. It has alot of steering coming out of the corners and the rear will rotate plenty if you just tap the gas. I am an off power type of driver so it works great. If you dont like it drop the rear camber link on the shock tower down one hole and try it again.

This past weekend at the Mountaineer Trophy Race in West Virginia really made the ET48 shine on the track. The truggy out turned any other truggy on the track. Heck it even out turned my EB48.2 if every corner and that thing turns on a dime... The thing is amazing and is so stable!! Best truggy I have ever drove hands down!

Not down there. But at our local club race we have two people that wheel the Kyosho ST-RR. The truggy does handle pretty well. But like many say it is a rich mans RC8TCE.... and I loved my RC8TCE-e before I drove the Tekno ET48. Even if I wasnt on the Team I would still wheel this thing day in day out!!
